This tutorial will explain colorize images in PSP.
I will be using the image below as an example.
Right click and Copy the image to follow along.
1. Paste (CTRL + V) the image into PSP.
2. Go to Colors > Colorize... (From the top menu)
3. The following box will appear.
Play around with the Hue and Saturation until you found a shde you like.
4. Click OK and your image is now colorized
